1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Rohn Travel (“Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to research, plan, or book travel arrangements, you (“Client,” “Traveler,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Rohn Travel, including but not limited to cruise bookings, land tours, airfare, accommodations, transfers, travel insurance, and custom itinerary planning.
2. Role of Rohn Travel
Rohn Travel acts solely as an independent contractor and intermediary between you and travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, car rental agencies, and destination management companies (“Suppliers”).
We do not own, operate, or control these Suppliers. All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective Supplier.
Rohn Travel is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by any Supplier.
3. Pricing & Availability
All prices are subject to change until deposits and/or full payments are received and confirmed.
Price changes may occur due to:

Supplier rate adjustments

Fuel surcharges
-
Government-imposed taxes or fees
-
Currency fluctuations
-
Availability changes
We are not responsible for price increases imposed by Suppliers after booking.
4. Deposits & Final Payments
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposit amounts and payment schedules are determined by the Supplier.
Final payment is due in accordance with Supplier terms. Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.
Client is responsible for reviewing payment deadlines.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation penalties are determined by the Supplier and may include:

Loss of deposit

Partial refund
-
No refund
Rohn Travel is not responsible for Supplier-imposed cancellation penalties.
Refund timelines are determined solely by the Supplier.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips.
If you decline travel insurance, you acknowledge that:

You may lose deposits and payments in the event of cancellation.

You may not be covered for travel delays, medical emergencies, or trip interruption.

You assume full financial responsibility for any losses.
A signed travel protection acceptance or declination form may be required before booking.
7. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements
It is the Client’s responsibility to:

Ensure passports are valid (typically 6 months beyond travel date)

Obtain required visas
-
Comply with entry, health, and vaccination requirements
-
Carry proper identification
Rohn Travel is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.
8. Health, Safety & Travel Advisories
Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, political instability, and weather-related disruptions.
By traveling, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel.
Rohn Travel is not responsible for:

Travel disruptions

Government advisories
-
Health-related requirements
-
Acts of terrorism
-
Natural disasters
-
Strikes or labor disputes
9. Airline & Schedule Changes
Airlines may change flight schedules, equipment, or routing at any time.
Rohn Travel is not responsible for:

Schedule changes
-
Seat assignments
-
Lost or delayed baggage
-
Denied boarding
These matters are solely between the Client and the airline.
10. Force Majeure
Rohn Travel shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
-
Government actions
-
Pandemics
-
War
-
Civil unrest
-
Weather events
-
Supplier bankruptcy
No refunds will be issued by Rohn Travel for force majeure events unless provided by the Supplier.
11. Client Responsibility
Client agrees to:

Review all travel documents upon receipt
-
Notify Rohn Travel immediately of any errors
-
Arrive at airports and departure points on time
-
Conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with local laws
Rohn Travel is not responsible for missed departures due to Client error.
12. Service Fees
When legally applicable, Rohn Travel may charge professional service fees for itinerary design, research, planning, changes, or cancellations. These fees are non-refundable and will be disclosed prior to charging.
13. Credit Card Chargeback Disclosure & Agreement
By providing a credit card for payment and confirming travel arrangements through Rohn Travel, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding chargebacks and payment disputes:
Authorization of Charges
You authorize Rohn Travel and/or its travel suppliers (including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators) to charge your credit card for agreed-upon travel services. You confirm that you are an authorized user of the credit card provided.
Finality of Purchases
Travel purchases are often non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to supplier-specific cancellation policies. By approving a booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted all applicable terms, including penalties for cancellations or changes.
Chargeback Agreement
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company for any of the following:

Charges that you have authorized, whether verbally or in writing
-
Services that have been booked and confirmed on your behalf
-
Cancellation penalties or fees imposed by travel suppliers
-
Dissatisfaction with travel experiences that are outside the control of Rohn Travel
Dispute Resolution Process
If you have concerns about any charge or service, you agree to contact Rohn Travel directly to resolve the matter. We are committed to working with you and our travel partners to address issues promptly and fairly.
Fraudulent Chargebacks
You acknowledge that initiating a chargeback for a valid, authorized transaction may be considered fraudulent activity. In such cases, Rohn Travel reserves the right to:

Provide documentation to your credit card issuer proving authorization

Recover any fees, costs, or losses incurred as a result of the chargeback
-
Pursue legal remedies where applicable
Supplier Responsibility
Rohn Travel acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. You understand that:

Charges may appear from individual suppliers, not Rohn Travel
-
Each supplier maintains its own policies regarding refunds and disputes
-
Rohn Travel is not responsible for supplier performance, but will advocate on your behalf when possible
Agreement & Acknowledgment
By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Chargeback Disclosure & Agreement and all associated booking terms.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rohn Travel’s liability shall be limited to the amount of professional service fees paid directly to Rohn Travel.
Under no circumstances shall Rohn Travel be liable for consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Acknowledgment
By submitting payment or authorizing Rohn Travel to book travel on your behalf, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
